In stock form this bike weighed in at 470 lbs and now after all of the mods the bike weighed in at 428 lbs!!!

We added carbon front and rear fenders and side panels from Ilmberger and they look freaking amazing!
The plastic pieces looked so out of place with the beautiful custom paint scheme and now the bike has a much more premium feel to it.

We installed a lightweight lithium ion batter, radiator guards AND bright white light bulbs!
The lithium battery saved another 5.5 lbs off the bike which brings us to around 35 lbs of weight savings so far with more to come!

So we got the newly released Lightech carbon and titanium rear sets installed on the Tuono and let me tell you they look and feel AMAZING!
We also installed a rear lightweight rotor from braking with titanium hardware that saved another 1 lb off the bike. That puts our total rotating weight savings right around 15 lbs and we still have a full front brake set up...

In this episode we removed the stock mirrors, installed flush mount turn signals AND removed most of the warning stickers which made a huge difference with the overall look of the bike.
These mods also saved us another 2 lbs!

The build has officially gotten serious now! We dug into this beast and removed the Tuono stock exhaust to find out it weighs 21 lbs!!!
We will be installing the full akra exhaust next Tuesday when it arrives from www.motomillion.com and I can't wait to see how much weight it saves...I'm guessing 12 to 15 lbs.
