Hey guys!
So first off let me say I had a horrible time trying to decide what color to paint these wheels. I really thought they all looked good but at the end of the day we actually went through and counted every single comment from you guys and in the end, this scheme came out on top.
With all of that said, I think these wheels look incredible AND they saved another 6.5 lbs ...

Hey guys!
This is the first time we've done mag wheels and I gotta say I'm very impressed. I can't wait to surprise you guys with the custom paint scheme in the next episode AND find out how much weight they save over the stock wheels.
Also very stoked with the new black out rear sets from Ducabike. They really add to the look of the bike as another piece of art on the p...

Hey guys!
In this episode we installed a lithium battery that saved over 4 lbs! We also installed a comfort seat and put the heat shield on it and it feels SO MUCH better than the performance seat.
We also get the radiator guards installed which will protect that precious radiator and black out the entire area which just makes the bike look even cooler :)
Enjoy the episo...

Hey guys!
So since we already got the conversation started in the last video I figured I might as well share this now. Huge shout out to Grigorescu Dan on instagram for these awesome mock ups. They all look amazing!
I've arranged these in order of my personal favorite that being the first photo. The rear wheel with the front red wheel creates a very unique look tha...

Happy Saturday fam!
We got our ducabike clear clutch installed on the V2 and it looks GORGEOUS. These are honestly one of my favorite mods on any bike we do and I love how this one turned out.
Also be sure to let me know your thoughts on how we should paint the new wheels...I've got some awesome graphic design shots coming later this week and you guys are going to freak...

Hey guys!
Needless to say I was very excited for this video and let me tell you, this exhaust EXCEEDED all of my expectations. The sound is just unreal. The pops on hard upshifts sound incredible and the barking auto blips are a thing of legends.
And I absolutely love the little pops and bangs in first gear when coming to a stop...never heard a ducati do that before.

Hey guys!
I decided to splurge and get a set of magnesium wheels for the V2!
I ordered them in black and then we will paint them red to match with the current paint scheme of the bike.
I figured it would be cool to try something other than carbon. These should save 5 to 10 lbs over the stock wheels and I can’t wait to see how they look and feel.
Special thanks to M...

In this episode we got the heat shield kit installed from www.ducatispacers.com along with the new performance seat and I'm very excited to see what kind of a difference this kit makes to keep the heat off your ass and legs.
John is going to finish putting the rest of putting the bike back together off camera so I'll be able to do a first ride for the next video to try out...

So we were able to get the new sprint high flow filter installed, get the tank on and get the upmap installed which allowed us to start this puppy up.
I gotta say it actually sounded better than I thought it would. The system saved us 16.5 lbs which brings our total savings to around 25 lbs already!
Can't wait to get this puppy back together and take it for a f...

Hey guys!
Man its no joke to do a full exhaust install on a V2. We had to removed the entire rear subframe just to get to the rear header bolts.
Definitely cool to see the internals though...always one of my favorite parts. Seeing the stock exhaust come in at a hefty 31.5 lbs make me think we could save 15 to 20 lbs easily with the full akra system.
We'll fi...

Hey guys!
Alright so we got to put our 2021 V2 on the dyno yesterday and it put down 138hp with 68 ft lbs of torque in 4th gear!
Considering Ducati claims 155hp to the crank those are some solid numbers. Only 10% drive train loss is very solid.
So our official baseline numbers for the bike are 441 lbs and 138 hp. Now its time to strip some serious weight with the a...

The mods have officially started! We choose to start with the tail tidy as I can't stand the stock fenders they have on these things from the factory.
We went with the NRC flush mount kit which looks fantastic and saved 4 lbs with removing the passenger pegs as well.
Great start to the series. We will do the mirror delete integrated front turn sign...

So Rory had a chance to complete our first service yesterday. He replaced my clutch lever that was slightly bent from factory, bled the front brakes to provide better brake feel, adjusted where the front calipers were sitting on the disk to reduce drag, cleaned and adjusted the chain along with doing the oil change and filter change.
I can't stress enough how importa...

So we got some solid break in miles completed on the V2 this past Saturday. The bike is feeling very close to being broken in. Usually it says to put 621 miles on the bike to break it in but I usually do around 400 before the first service so I can keep the miles lower for you guys.
Thanks for your feedback on the build plans. I think we will do the rear ...

I wanted to go over the build plans for the Panigale V2 with you guys and get some feedback. We also got the stock weight of the bike which came in at 441 lbs so that will be our baseline number for the build.

Hey guys!
So unfortunately the brake upgrade didn't go quite as planned. Turns out the SF front brake setup is slightly different from the Panigale so we would need to order an entire new set of brake lines in order to use the new calipers.
I think I might check to see if they fit on the Panigale V2 first as the current brakes on the SF are pretty solid from the factory.

So the exhaust and flash added hp and fixed the flat spots in the gears which is exactly what I w...

So I know I had asked you about dry clutch vs wet clutch and reading through the comments it was pretty much 50/50 so I made an executive decision and went with the wet clutch and I'll explain why.
The dry clutch won't last as long...650 only got about 3,000 miles out of his V4R dry clutch. They make the clutch less smooth and a bit more grabby when pulling out from ...
