Our $3,000 Carbon Subframe is installed!

Hey guys!

Hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving with family and friends!  Wanted to get part 2 of the carbon subframe up for you guys since I figured you'd have some free time over the next couple days.

This subframe turned out to be a bit more technical than I anticipated and I think we'll have to do one more video to finish it up completely.

We've also decided we'd...

Removing Our Pani V4 SP Rear Subframe!!!

Hey guys!

It's time to get back to work on customizing our Limited Edition Ducati Panigale V4 SP!  What better way to start then with a full carbon rear subframe!

This subframe from fullsix shaves over 11lbs off the bike already!  I think we can get to 40 lbs of weight savings with this build which will be absolutely INSANE!

Huge thanks to Ma...

We shaved 66lbs off our Monster 1200!!!

Hey guys!

So we finally put our Custom Monster 1200 on the scale and we shaved off 66lbs!!!  Stock it weighed 475lbs and now it weighs 409lbs!!!

I think with the 156hp and 409lbs wet that has to make this one of the lightest and fastest, street legal, Ducati Monster 1200's in the world :)

Aiming to choose a winner for the bike in ...

Our Monster Put Down Insane Power!!!

Hey guys!

So we put our finished monster back on the same dyno we did the stock runs and it absolutely crushed it!

In stock form it put down 133HP and now it put down 156HP!!!  That means we picked up 23HP with all the mods we've done!

That makes this one of the biggest gains we've ever had on the build series!  Super happy about those numbers but I think it will be ...

First Ride on Our $50,000 Custom Monster!!!

Hey guys!

After a few tweaks we were able to take the Monster out for its first ride as a finished bike!  I gotta say I absolutely LOVE how this bike feels and Dado agrees.

I'm also in love with the custom made signature plate Dado did...it adds such a cool element to the bike and finishes it off perfectly!

We are taking the bike to the dyno today to see how much HP we ga...

Final Parts Installed!!!

Hey guys!

The final installation video for the series is complete!  All we've got left is to ride it to make sure all of the parts we've installed work properly.  We need to check chain tension, torque specs and just go over the entire bike to make sure its all go to go.

We'll then take it to the dyno for a final power number after all the performance parts.  And then...

Custom Luimoto Seat Cover Installed!

Hey guys!

In this episode we installed a custom luimoto seat cover that looks AMAZING!  It's got suede with diamond stitching on the center which is wrapped in leather and finished with a cool carbon pattern around the outside.  It's also got the Italian flag embroidered on each side to add a nice pop of color to the build!

We also installed some fullsix carbon brake cooli...

Adding $3,000 Worth of Carbon to the Monster!!!

Hey guys!

We finally unboxed all the carbon fiber for this bad boy and man does this stuff from fullsixcarbon look amazing!

We went with a satin finish on this carbon and I absolutely love how it looks.  The carbon radiator side covers completely transformed the bike and now the tank is the true centerpiece of the build.

Putting Our Monster Back Together!

Hey guys!

We finally got the monster reassembled with the new custom brushed steel tank and the blacked out headlight and it looks INCREDIBLE.

Literally Dado and I just sat there drinking a glass of whiskey staring at it for like 30 min after the video ended. lol

We've got a bunch more carbon to add, then the custom luimoto seat cover and then this beast will be done!

Custom Brushed Steel Tank is Finished!

Hey guys!

So Dado was able to get all the sticky residue off the tank and logo so we were able to clear coat the tank and headlight today and it turned out incredible!

This is exactly the look I was going for and I couldn't be more stoked with how it turned out!

Next episode we will begin reassembly and then we've got some carbon pieces to add, a custom seat cover and this bik...

Issues with our Brushed Steel Tank

Hey guys,

99% of the time I'm a very positive guy but stuff like this can get to me when I set a schedule and am trying to get something done.

Unfortunately the stencils are leaving a sticky residue behind when we peel them off...when we were trying to clean that residue Dado barely touched one of the letters and of course it wiped right off...

We are going to try and let the ...

Our Brushed Steel Tank Looks Amazing!

Hey guys!

We got to work on the tank today.  We added all the brushed lines and it turned out absolutely incredible!

I was hoping we could get the stencil on but unfortunately put the lines in with the sandpaper by hand ended up taking a few hours and we wanted to make sure this tank is done right.

Next episode we will clean the tank really well, add the ducati stencil an...

Our Blacked Out Rear Shock and Headlight Look Amazing!

Hey guys!

This is the first episode where you can finally start to see my vision for this project and I have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how its coming together.

The blacked out rear shock looks super premium compared to the gold/yellow color.  The tank already looks super cool before we've even started to add sanding marks, the old school ducati lettering and the satin clear coat...

Adding Lots of Carbon to Our Monster!

Hey guys!

So originally I wanted to pick up the painted rear spring and the stripped tank but they weren't ready yet so we had to switch gears a bit.  I usually like to save carbon upgrades for when the bike is together so you can really get a feel for how it changes the looks but we had no choice for this situation.

Regardless the carbon pieces look AMAZING!  Satin carbon...

Monster Gas Tank Behind The Scenes

Hey guys!

Wanted to share some behind the scenes for you guys.  A lot of people on youtube think these builds are just the 20 min episodes I put out BUT in reality these builds are actually a full time job for me.

We spent half the day running away to different places trying to figure out the best plan of attack to get this paint stripped off.  We also realized the tank is...

Testing the Monster Control Setup!

Hey guys!

We took out the monster to try out the new handlebar and control set up and it feels amazing!

The head shake/tank slapper nature of the bike is completely gone.  It feels so much more stable and safe now when the front wheel comes up and even just at highway speeds.  An Ohlins steering damper is 100% needed for the monster 1200 if you've got one.
