Made a bugfix or two in the update now, this version plays out the Storybook ending properly and gives a gameover like intended (For now) after you lose to Abyssina.

The Saga continues! Pivoting through a crucial update of Chapter 2 is the latest update of The Hero we Need, continuing right off from the previous.

It's a zesty new content ensemble. New characters, new endings, new baddies, scenes and most interesting for me some savory plot twists. More to come reeeeal soon, enjoy Chp 2.6 of THwN.

How's the writing of the game?

How do you feel about THwN's writing overall?
I'm always nervous about  delivering something too dense and annoying to read, or too brief when players might want more development. That said I appreciate your feedback! That's why I'm just gonna put up a small poll here.
I may also do similiar polls on the forums later.

Small Announcement!

First off, they'll be a new update over the weekend~! It's finally here!

I know it's been almost a month but when a delay hits it hits hard. I'm definitely going to try to amend that however! Weekly updates would be the ideal, and even faster than that if I can get the game worked on for a boost every few days. Will I be able to do that? Guess we'll see!
