After 2 days of ongoing cooking, backing, rolling, cutting, shaping, mixing, tasting.. we were pretty close to providing 99 different types of food which is an old Latvian Christmas tradition.. I hadn't eaten that much for years, but still maintaining my current weight somehow haha..
