Aegon III Targaryen "The Dragonbane" and Daenaera Velaryon

MY BABY BOY IS ALL GROWN UP 😭💕 The hairnet was originally supposed to be a hairnet of Rhaenyra's that I had previously drawn but I changed the color of the jewels to match Daenaera's dress better! Daenaera unintentionally is giving me major Padme vibes here 🤔

So I'm doing an art trade with my friend Casey (CParrisArt if you aren't familiar with her work SHE'S A LEGEND) and she asked me to draw her OC Aim.

Aim is a fire demon that is 400 years old and has a sweet tooth. She told me any time period between now and 400 years ago would be appropriate so I figured....why not make him a French aristocrat eating cake 👀💕

Nettles—Sketch

I thought it might be interesting to do portraits of the women that Daemon had romantic relationships with, since the series for his grandson’s love interests came out so well (and thankfully Daemon only has 5 prominent women in his life) but thought I’d start with Nettles!

This needs a lot of work but I like the direction it’s going!

Finished set with Daena and Naerys! This series was really fun from start to finish. I think that some faces came out looking similar to one another but I think it was really good practice to try to draw a different range of facial features anyway, and hopefully going forward (and using more references) I can combat that same face syndrome 😅
