New rules for 2017 - Monthly freebies and Weekly requests !

I don't know how long today's stream will last since I only have very few pieces to shade and nothing much to do after that, I may close the stream after the shading is done to go doodle or flat the december freebies (if I do not postpone it to tomorrow to do inbetween the requests in the request stream) while watching some cartoon :')
