Kafka preview
A lot of other animators use bones for booba physics, which works pretty well i've even used it myself numerous times. But when u want the boobas to collide with something and want those squish effects like shown here cloth simulations are a very good solution. All the titjob animations i've done in the past make use of cloth simulations.

Tifa underwater tentacles preview
I had some issues rendering the underwater part... which were fixed by disabling 1 single checkbox 😅
Apparently when u try to render a scene that contains volumes and enable 'light tree' there's a chance to get an illegal cuda adress error and the render will stop. Pinpointing the cause of this error was quite troublesome.
But it's all fine now and the vid will be up in a few days! ...

Do u know what i love about tentacles?
They can hold an excessive amount of coom, which allows me to cover Tifa completely in it!
It does take a while to compute a simulation of this scale, but that wont stop me from doing it 😅

Blender fluid simulations are very CPU heavy and take a long time to compute so they used to be a huge pain in the ass.
But a while ago i've gotten myself the flip fluids addon, which is fking awesome. It brings some very nice quality of life features among some other stuff. So with this addon its actually enjoyable and without it the last tifa tentacl...
