The Chronicle Tree - Fragmenter

Here's the Dungeondraft file of the Chronicle tree for all you Fragmenters.

You'll find some incomplete tiles the middle of the tree, intended to have stairs to more levels. I wanted to created options for a multi-level inside, but with time limitations was not able to complete. However, they should provide a good jump off point for you guys, if you so wish :)

The Chronicle Tree - Destructor Rewards

Hey Destructors,

Here is the link to the updated foundry module below. I've added the Chronicle Tree to the Hasna Forest folder.

For the water tiles, I highly suggest using Token Magic FX  and Macro 07 - Distortion on them. I packed the scenes with the macro applied, so if you have the module installed and the macro imported, if should work out of the box (it did on my te...

Brenwyck Castle Ruins video

Hi all,

Just a quick vid highlighting the Castle Ruins scene that was part of the last release with the Hasna Forest Puzzle map.

The Brenwyck Castle Ruins is a five floor castle, long abandoned and left decrepit. It is the perfect hideout for a band of bandits or maybe an ancient ghost that wanders its halls. I also imagine a group of PCs, searching for refuge during a storm, ...

Destructor Rewards - Hasna Forest Puzzle and Castle Ruins

Hi Destructors!

The Foundry Module is finally ready for download. This release was a challenge.

Firstly, I am trying to include my previous scenes in this module. I have ported over the Hasna Forest scenes and Walnut Hollow (in addition to the new scenes). I will bring over the others, but I can't be sure of the pace - I don't want to lose focus on providing new content and th...

Hasna Forest Puzzle / Brenwyck Castle Ruins

Hi all,

February has been a busy month. I have completed my two releases for the month and am releasing them at the same time. The linked video shows only the Hasna Forest Puzzle, but I'm planning on making another for the Castle Ruins.

I'm pretty proud of both these scenes, but for different reasons. Hasna Forest Puzzle has a puzzle filled with plaques (images in journals) and rota...

Castleglen Dungeon Release

Hi All!

I have finally completed my next release - Castleglen Dungeon. It's a four level dungeon, with cool traps and tiles galore. It took a while longer when I decided to redo the first two levels. My first try just didn't do it for me. I think the result came out pretty well - let me know what you think!

Castleglen Dungeon is meant to be a dungeon beneath a castle or stronghold, ...

Castleglen Dungeon Fragmenter Rewards

Hi Fragmenters!

I wrestled with the design of this dungeon for a while as can be seen by the file I am attaching today.

There are a couple of level (Dungeon -1/-2) that I remade. So you have a couple of extra levels in the DD file to play with :P . Also there are separate levels for the water and some of the alternate tiles I made.

Overall though it was fun to work throu...

Castleglen Destructor Rewards

Hi Foundry users!

This module was a bit of a hurdle for me as I figured out how to transition between scenes in a satisfactory manner. In addition some of the traps I put in required some fine tuning. I decided to use 2 scenes this time as there is a lot going on and I was a little concerned with the performance of the scene(s) on some machines.

As usual there are journal notes with...

RuinWorks' Walnut Hollow

Hi All,

Today I am happy to present Walnut Hollow - a halfling's manor.

I always loved the idea of a home in a hill and rarely see any maps for them. Adventures into them have long been a part of my personal campaigns and I am pleased to bring you one today.

Walnut Hollow is a scene consisting of 3 main levels - Cellars, Living Quarters and Hilltop. A warm, welcomi...

Hasna Forest Ruins Master Post

Hey all,

Today RuinWorks is proud to release its newest scenes - the Hasna Forest Ruins. This set of two scenes shows off a lush forest path and ruins beside a river. Each have a lush green environment, multilevel trees for fights or flights through the canopy.

I have always imagined the ruins in this forest to be overgrown and crumbling, displaying the glory of ages lost. In my per...

Tower Bridge Dungeondraft File

Hi Fragmenters and Grand Ruiners,

Here is my Dungeondraft file for Tower Bridge. Excuse the mess, my process isn't always that organized. I know where I want to go, but the path sometimes meanders.

Thanks for the support.

Tower Bridge

Hello All,

This post is to preview our next scene: Tower Bridge. This map has been in my library for years, first on paper, then updated on paper and finally into dungeondraft. This is probably the second or third version I have completed in dungeondraft. As I improve as a mapmaker, I go back and update or completely redo my past maps until I am happy with the outcome. Hope you like it! View Post

Welcome to the Churning Brook Inn

Today RuinWorks releases its first full scene and module. First one is always a struggle, learning all the ins and outs of the platforms and software I am using, so I am glad to say it is out of the way.

Here is the Churning Brook Inn, a full set of PNGs detailing all five levels of this medieval inn and tavern. Additionally, for those of you using FoundryVTT, the scene has been fully ass...

Starting Roadmap

Here I wanted to provide a general direction/roadmap that RuinWorks intends on following for the next few months to a year. The basic idea at the moment is to develop scenes that, once combined, could form the basis for an entire campaign. This doesn't mean that they'll only be useful for that use. They're going to be generic enough that they could fit into any campaign.

I have alre...
