Character Request Color

For this character request color, we'll use roulette.

Recently, characters from the same game have been winning a lot of votes, so I'd like to change it to randomized roulette. I'll try it with roulette and then again with voting, alternating between the two.

I will record a video and upload the results of the roulette soon.
