Been picking up a couple of new perspective tricks so that I can draw better backgrounds in the future :}

This is actually far more fun than I could've ever anticipated, because geometry has never been my strong suit. I still have a long way to go, but now I'm more excited than intimidated haha.

I also finished another commission and am about to tackle the next one. :D

This may very well be my quirkiest upload here yet. Most of it isn't really furry related either. While I was doing some simple shape drawing exercises, I couldn't resist letting my inner child out and be silly with it, making the whole experience a lot more fun to me!

I also started working my way through a perspective book, so I'll be able to draw better backgrounds in the future. Shape...

Here's an older piece that I've never uploaded publically as it was for my nephew and I generally keep my furry life separate from anything family related.....BUT the little smartass saw a few of my doodles in the past and asked me if I was a furry the other day. So now that he knows anyway, I feel a lot less nervous about sharing this here. :>

Meeps, just wanted to give you a little update! I wrapped up the commission WIPS and the Leyendecker master study I posted last time and got a little further with my Arany pic too. I'm also throwing in some extremely rough doodles, where I was mainly just practicing panel composition and composition.

First of all, I hope everyone had some happy holidays and and overall successful year! Personally, I can't wait to tackle the new one and improve on a number of things, be it lifestyle and health related or artistically! Do you have any resolutions for the new year? :)

One of the things, I want/need to balance out better, is that I want to implement more personal art in my schedule again....

Whoopwhoop, just got done with my commission batch, which means I'm taking a short break and focus on personal art instead. I played around with the symmetry tool in photoshop....for the first time ever. o,o

I'm usually not too keen on symmetry, but this was far more fun than anticipated and I most definitely learned some new tricks along the way.

Bunch of recent art~

Yep yep, a whole heap of pics I haven't uploaded here yet, including a number of drafts and doodles that probably won't evolve into anything bigger. Those rare traditional ones for instance (The German roughly translates to "THIS AIN'T NO DONER KEBAB!" and "What's going on??" by the way).
