Ok, since we had a 3-way tie, I tried to make the maps that somehow fit all the criteria. I don't think, I'll do that again lol.
Main Map: Strange Sands Map 1
Sand?: Yes
Weird?: I think the inky black pools and black fog count as weird. So, yes.
Puzzle?: I designed it to be a trivia/multiple choice/Logic puzzle. ...
