In phase 3 of the game (the one that starts after you have recruited witch/werewolf/vampire/demon) Lucille will feel free to do things with the other NPCs outdoors. So when you go looking for her, you will find her kissing, or blowing, or having sex with the person she is with at that moment, based on the affection value she has. Example: 5-25 kisses. 25-50 bj 50+ sex.

In cuckoo mask's kickstarter, there are those rewards:
