Hello and Merry Christmas everyone!
So this is how things going right now:
Rendering is finished with over 8000 frames done.
And today I started compiling everything when I noticed some minor issues with some of the frames. So I have to rerender them. Nothing big, just a small part.
With that said, there will be a release as usual - no sound, little edit version for 5...

First of all - sorry for a lack of updates, there is really not much to report on, we all just waiting for the render to finish, you and me together.
Secondly, I did pause rendering for a little bit to make this small preview.

Update
Just letting everyone know that rendering phase began three days ago.
Probably will not be able to post anything interesting for a while.
No ETA yet since there are too many uncertainties that will be dealt with as the time goes.

Progress update & short animation
Alright so here're the the news:
I didn't manage to finish the animation stage, It sits at about 80% completion atm.
To be honest I knew that I would probably won't be fast enough. Despite that I'm really happy with how much is done. My efficiency was at least doubled because I worked every day pretty much as soon as I wake up. I do feel a little bit exhausted though.

Gwen Model is finished
Here is a quick showcase fo Gwen.
I know she doesn't look "exactly" like in the movie but I tried to go with more realistic approach and also made her grow up a bit.
As you can see she also have two hairstyles.
I still want to play around with the model and make some cool images with it. Will also show some suit "features".
After that I'll jump right into an animation...

We have to wait until the next weekend when I'll receive the sound files. So release should happen somewhere around that time.

Different angles require different amount of calculation power which means that some of them render for longer than others.
I know it takes quite a time but trust me that I want this to be finished already no less than you.

Animation is still rendering... To be more transparent - animation's length is 2500 frames. Average render time per frame is around 4-5 minutes. So using quick maths:
2500*4 = 10000 minutes
10000/60 ≈ 167 hours
167/24 ≈ 7 days
7 days of non-stop rendering and only if it was rendered from one single angle. But well... it is not. So time can be doubled if ...
