Domination Desire: Banished V2.12

Hello everyone! The time has come to release the 2.12 public version of the game which includes inlcudes story content together with suggested QoL features suggested by the community. Almost every change is listed in the Changelog. Apart from the full version, I'm also providing the V2.12 hotfix that supports versions 2.1 and 2.11. Just proceed with installation notes inside and you'll be good....
