Well. Wow. A new year. Again. So I'm sat here reflecting on 2023 and I'm taking you with me, whether you like it or not.

This is why you always always make a sketch with the background in mind - don't be like me, don't add it later. When I tell you I STRUGGLED with this. Environments/backgrounds continue to be my Achilles heel as it just doesn't tickle me in the same way that painting a face and body does.

Clean up complete! It's not perfect, but that's not the goal at this stage so that's fine. It's readable and that's what matters, ready for flat colors.
