if using the slider will bug the body, try restarting the CAS
as you can see from the preview, you need to press not on the ass, but on the hips (I hope you understand)

The difference between high poly and low poly meshes.
All body meshes that you can choose as clothing in CAS or with WickedWhims Body Selector can be high poly.
Presets and sliders use only low-poly meshes for work. It's difficult to make sculptures in such conditions, but what is more important - detail...
