I'm going to focus on Zagara. She such a dream cosplay of mine and even though the design isn't my dream design or anything (like I want to make a life-sized version) I'm still super excited to make this. So february and until March is all going to be focused around Zagara and the two cosplays I'm making for Ani-Me (the cat-suit rei/super plugsuit rei and magical girl Dva).

Before and After
Replaced the background to have a more stormy sky and darkened the overall photo--it's fairly "blown out" though so it wasn't perfect.
Did the usual retouching of skin, changing of eye color and removed part of my corset showing.
Added glow from the staff and to the orange parts of the wing.

I did all similar things to the last one!
-Added glow to the orange on the wings.
-Used a cloud photo and the render->clouds tool to make fog.
-Darkened the overall photo.
-Replaced the sky with a stormy sky photo I found on pixabay.

My one wing was hidden exactly behind the hat .-. So I copied the other wing, flipped it and added it to that side then used the liquify tool to fix the end of the highest wing "blade".
