Heyo! Quick announcement, I've lowered the price of The Whisperer tier from 3 USD to just 1!!

I've updated this tier! Since NSFW commissions are available to everyone now, I decided to add the benefit of having no additional NSFW fee for people in this tier and above to hopefully make sure its still an interesting option.
