Early update because today works better than the weekend.
Here's my plan: I intend to release an update next weekend (August 19). It will be smaller than usual, but I feel good about what I've created so far. That's the headline, but more information on why below (also some requests if we have any programmers reading).
Life and grief continue. Often I feel like working and when I do, it feels healthy. One thing I don't feel like doing is writing an update, so here is something I had written before as a backup post. I still stand by the sentiments.

Early update this weekend, since I am taking an honest-to-god vacation; this is the first weekend I've taken off in a long time. I'll still be checking in online, but soon after I post this I'll be departing. Should be better traveling than last weekend, so I'm in a good mood. ^-^

Busy days. Multiple things to cover this update.
Most obvious, check out the map! I've been slowly working with someone to create an official map for TLS, and now I finally have something to show. This one is the official nation map, with borders and labels for all the countries. There will also be a "natural" map (just the landscape) and a "game" map (showing the areas relevant to the game)...
