Reincarnated PSD

Here's my psd file for the Reincarnated character design.  The top few layers are just a bit of post processing for the final presentation, but the bulk of the illustration happens in the bottom layers with the flats, drawing, and highlights.

Here's a quick breakdown of the rendering process. The psd is attached below. I've been trying to optimize my process as much as possible so I'm dealing with as few layers as possible. That comes with the double edge sword of every layer carrying a lot of the weight, especially when dealing with something as complex as this.

(Warning: the base body is a little NSFW, but no explicit anatomy) I labeled the layers to show how I build the drawing, shading, and colors.  I try to keep things simple and production friendly (If and Art Director wanted design changes, I wouldn't have to rummage through hundreds of layers).
