La Femme Rouge! (Jan Pinup)

A number of excellent suggestions were made in January's pinup thread, but after presenting ideas to the Lifeguards, there was one clear winner: La Femme Rouge!

One of the side effects of being an artist with a foundation in design is that clients come to me when they are trying to figure out character designs. This character was already pulled together, but the back tattoo was undecided. My hat is off to people that specialize in celtic knotwork.

The 31 Days of Demons was quite a hit, and after consulting the Lifeguard patrons, I've decided to do a 12 Days of Elfmas. Or something. Title to be settled on. Not gonna do a whole month's worth, but going to try to do a series of cheeky xmas elf pinups. I think it'll be fun. And cute.

Commission for an old friend of his three girls, who are apparently big Star Wars fans. The girls picked their characters.

I wound up doing the background basically a second time, and I think it turned out super well. Really quite pleased with it.

Final Fantasy Roman Numerals

Commission for the client's friend of their Final Fantasy character. I think it's FF14. I honestly lost track of the franchise after XI, but I will always treasure the lessons I've learned from Final Fantasy: You can never have too many zippers. Or belts. I joke, of course. There's something iconic about Final Fantasy that is hard to describe, but you can see it's influence everywhere.
