Fun in the Cargo Hold

Look, all I'm saying is that when you're stuck in a boring position in an outpost on the edge of space, you have to make time for some fun, regardless of what Romulan High Command says.

A very fun piece I was commissioned to do. Maybe I should draw more Star Trek stuff as a matter of course.

February Pinup Suggestion Thread

New month means new art! I’ll take the best suggestions (plus any ideas I have myself) and work up some thumbnails for the Lifeguard tier Patrons to vote on later in the month. Winner gets drawn! So what would you like to see me draw?

Demon Layer First Codex pencils 9-11

Things are getting really hot in hell...

Demon Layer First Codex pages 5-8 pencils

Making more and more progress. Took me a while to get the hang of braids, but I'm liking her look.

Edit: Now with pages 5! Because, I apparently forgot to include it.

La Femme Rouge! (Jan Pinup)

A number of excellent suggestions were made in January's pinup thread, but after presenting ideas to the Lifeguards, there was one clear winner: La Femme Rouge!

Glory Bowl Cast

Bunch of characters sheets I was commissioned to do. It looks like I might be drawing some comics around the delicatessen antics of these characters too. They're rather fun designs, I think.

Bean's Adventures (concluded)

The commissioned adventures of Princes Bean come to their logical conclusion. She seems to have properly enjoyed herself.

January Pinup Suggestion Thread

Before we get TOO far into the month here’s the thread for suggestions for the monthly pinup. As always, I’ll take my favorite suggestions, draw up some thumbnails and have the Lifeguard Tier patrons cast their vote. Whichever gets the most votes gets drawn!

One of these months I might do a “second chance” polling where my favorite options that DIDNT make the cut get another oppor...

Demon Layer First Codex Pencils 2-4

Slowly making progress on this comic. I'm considering doing it all at once rather than one page at a time. Not sure how that'll work out, but wanted to share some progress.

Were? There.

Werewolves. Gotta love 'em. These ladies sure do.

Serious Ink

One of the side effects of being an artist with a foundation in design is that clients come to me when they are trying to figure out character designs. This character was already pulled together, but the back tattoo was undecided. My hat is off to people that specialize in celtic knotwork.

Life is Like a Hurricane

Doing these unconventional family portraits is one of the most unexpected parts of my artistic career, but they are very fun. This particular family is all about the Tales of the Duck. Can't you tell?

Do you expect me to pass up the chance for a bad pun when the opportunity presents itself? Ha!

Present for You

Another elf appears! Number 9 of 12. Got just a few more of these left!

Father Winter

The woods are dark,

And the winter is long.

The world turns

And begins anew.,

Happy New Year.

New Year, New Elf

Still got a few more of these elves to draw up. Seems to me there should be 12 of them. So, got a couple left even if the world has moved on from the holiday season.

Bad Penguin

I don't think penguins actually live at the North Pole. But maybe she's a South Pole kind of elf.

Scarf Weather

She might be a little warmer if she wore more than just the scarf, but who is to say what is normal for an elf?

Tastes Like Peppermint

The cheeky fun continues as we count down the days. Technically this was supposed to be yesterday's elf, but whatever. Time is an illusion!

It's easy to get tangled in wrapping gifts.

Decorations

Really makes you wonder about scale. Is it a really big ornament? Is she a very tiny elf? Who can say?

Knight's Tale

Short commissioned sexy comic. Really quite pleased with this one.

On the List

The 31 Days of Demons was quite a hit, and after consulting the Lifeguard patrons, I've decided to do a 12 Days of Elfmas. Or something. Title to be settled on. Not gonna do a whole month's worth, but going to try to do a series of cheeky xmas elf pinups. I think it'll be fun. And cute.

Aaren Sketch

Been a while since I've drawn Aaren. I don't quite think I captured her here, but that's what practice is for. Just a rough drawing, trying to get comfortable with simplicity of color. Trying to like my art. Which is something I've been struggling with the last couple of days. I really hated how this was progressing until the last minute when I decided it was actually pretty ok. Gotta keep prac...

There Was a SABER FIGHT!

Commission for an old friend of his three girls, who are apparently big Star Wars fans. The girls picked their characters.

I wound up doing the background basically a second time, and I think it turned out super well. Really quite pleased with it.

December Suggestion Thread

As every month, I'm collecting suggestions for the monthly pinup from you, my fine patrons. I'll take the suggestions that spark ideas, draw up some options and have the Lifeguard tier patron's vote on which they want to see be taken to completion.

So, if you've got something you'd like to see me draw, leave the suggestion in the comments below!

Final Fantasy Roman Numerals

Commission for the client's friend of their Final Fantasy character. I think it's FF14. I honestly lost track of the franchise after XI, but I will always treasure the lessons I've learned from Final Fantasy: You can never have too many zippers. Or belts. I joke, of course. There's something iconic about Final Fantasy that is hard to describe, but you can see it's influence everywhere.

November Pinup

We're starting to get into the chilly months, and apparently our Lifeguards were feeling the weather. I actually really enjoyed painting the winterscape.
