I actually quite happy that I've managed to finish those 4, in the end it turned out that main difficult is to personalize each of them, I've spent 3 days for Ashe and then completely lost all imagination on Pharah, like where, how...default gym... some egypt temple...final pool was more like an escape option, ofc it would be more easy with someone like D.va, but still probably I'll freeze some...

Finally setting things up with the "1 pose x multiple characters idea" With different rigs and models out there the main problem is to pose everything in the same size \ angle etc. I've made a controller to match their sizes to a character's real height and base starting point, then started to learn armature retargeting, which turned out to be completely useless as everything else will still ne...
