Some time ago, I had a feedback from one of our friend regarding the physical mesh is too smooth, or that it should be rougher. And I agree. I also feel it should be rougher that what we have now.
I need you opinion guys. there are 3 main parameter for the road bumps:
1. Bump heights.
2. Interval, how frequent the bump is
3. roughness, how sharp or smooth the bumps

it's only been 2 weeks since v.0.0.1 and v.0.0.2 was released, so I was a bit confused when to compile the update for version 0.0.3.
As I am planning to compile a test build every month, I decided that it's better to release them at the beginning of each month, just to make it easier for me :D

- refined the cerda station (pit area)
- added buildings around the cerda station
- added the main building at floriopolis and added the grandstand. well it's not actually grand lol, bu there was actually a spectator's stand there.
