Here Luna take a bit of focus due Collie's feral state. I kinda went straight with the emotions on this page. Its tone is more in line what I usually work for the main story and I kinda love this take on how could've been in this alternative time-line seeing this story from a more serious tone, at least for one page.

In the end I ended up adding 2 extra pages since last year to -what I thought- page 16 could be a good spot to end, but here we are.
Maybe Luna's acceptance of Werewolves would have been smother if this could have happened in the canonical story, eh?

Here it is. There more I watched the previous cover the more I didn't like it, and since it took me an extra year to come back to it I thought it was needed for me to make something new before this comic release.

Well, the thing is...this won't be the last page after all. To end on the note I had in mind I'd have to squeeze another frame here and it wouldn't look good and would also feel abrupt now that I can look at the page and check it in detail.
Next page will be the final for sure. I was planning to have everything ready for the 11 as it was announced at my DA gallery but it may need some extra days...

After a second glance I couldn't shake the idea that I needed to rework the second panel due the change in dialogue. Originally the second bubble text is what would go over the original second panel. But in the end the text there depicted the time when Luna was starting to become a loner and I felt that I needed to reflect that.

Just before drawing the muzzle sequences I had to settle on these designs, how the muscles on her face contort and make her look. What looked better and what flows better help me decided which to use, these 2 pics were not part of the final sequence, but very similar. And in the dright Drawing you can see more of her body which is not visible in pages 14 and 15.
