The original sketch page for page 09 was entirely different, Collie was going to go under feral instincts and start acting quite differently.  In the end I realized I was making a halt into the tf process instead of making things get more exciting so ended up not using this page. Besides I didn't like most of the drawings from this page.

While I'm not fully eplaining how the other world works within AL's world, the concept of Souls living beyond our realm could be applied here.
