Women's Prison 25D - Suspended sentence
Celia’s second punishment sees her placed in suspension bondage. When the guards use her, they take some off the weight off her arms and legs. It is hoped this will condition the prisoner to associate use with feelings of relief and gratitude. The guards feel it is worth a try, at least.

This witch has powerful magic coursing through her veins, but the runic collar around her neck prevents her from using it unless commanded to by her owner.
