If you're having trouble watching videos lately then please contact Patreon, telling me the video doesn't play does nothing, I can't do anything about it because it's not an issue on my end. This is the third time this has happened in a month and I can tell you it is clearly a problem with the mobile app that I don't think anyone should be using to begin with. I'm sorry but it's very stressful being told to fix the videos when looking it up shows Patreon is currently having issues with the very same problem. I would go as far as saying it's specifically an iPhone mobile issue, but I don't know because all anybody has said is "Video doesn't work, do something". I tested with my Android and videos are still working as normal FOR ME. I will keep trying to figure out a fix but likely there isn't one and you have to wait for Patreon to get it together but that's not going to happen if nobody sends in a ticket.
