Wow life has been hectic. Been running to appointments and getting labs done in the last week or so. My gut has been pretty calm the last few days and I thought it'd be a good time to check in.
On top of that, I've def started losing weight and I thought it'd be cool to take you on that journey with me. If you're anything like me, the transformation is a big part the belly experience.
I am feeling somewhat hopeful about the prospect of getting answers about my health and pain level. Life has been hectic, but the good sort of hectic. ๐ Gonna try to do some full body workouts here to increase calorie use and hopefully build some muscle ๐ช Thank you for sticking with me on this!

I definitely feel ya on the getting answers part. Gotta figure out all the weirdness bodies go through as we get older. ๐ฉ Fingers crossed for figuring things out! Hang in there. :D
