Millie looks like me when I'm around guns. They're very scary but it's good to know the basics just in case. After Hurricane Laura, there was no electricity or phones for weeks (no 911 for a while) and people were looting. I was really glad my husband keeps one and taught me how use it. I didn't have to Thank God but having the knowledge and preparedness was comforting. 😉

James I’ve seen people who have been shooting for over 40 years who don’t shoot as well as you did. I’m glad you both had a good time

Not too bad guys especially for never having anything to do with firearms before. Yeah with the AR James your left to right grouping was great. Up and down wasn't great but that part of the grouping just gets better with practice abs getting more comfortable with firearms. Yeah I never understood why guns always sound 10 times as loud when you're not the one shooting them lol

Good shooting you two. So glad you had fun doing it. You definitely need to do it again on your next trip over here. The more you shoot the more comfortable you get handling firearms and the less scary it will get.

On your next trip, you should find a place to go axe throwing. That would be fun.

Did your instructor teach you how to get a sight picture (how to aim)?

You need to do a sequel to this on your next US trip, maybe Millie shoots a 12 gauge shotgun.

Nice shootin', Jimbo! 😂 It could be the camera angle, but I think Millie had the stock a bit high on her shoulder. Might be more comfortable & better control if lower. Glad you two had fun!
