However I don’t think she would leave Johnny for Reza or his bodyguard as she loves him. But she does foolish things due to her innocence ,naïveté, and budding sexuality. Unlike Kimmy who since DITW started was fooling around with Devlin behind Josh’s back!

She still cares about him, but is leaning more into selfishly doing whatever she wants and not really caring how it makes him feel. Which is why they started fighting. It's sweet Charlie but not so innocent anymore Charlie.
