This match far exceeded my expecations, and I agree TOny needs to put a belt on him soon. I'm also praying for Takeshita to go far in the G1 and potentially win it

2025-07-30 17:25:27 +0000 UTCMy only nitpick about this match is the count-out spot. It would have worked out perfectly if Takeshita was in the champion's role. Here he looked silly. At least i get it from Bandido's part, he didn't want to lose the match, even if it was a count-out that would have him retain the belt. With that aside, to the surprise of no one this was an absolute banger. It was never about whether they would deliver, it was more about how far they could push. I came into this match totally believed in a title change, but in the end i was so glad Bandido won. He indeed deserved to hold the belt longer especially a run of bangers he got in AEW/ROH/CMLL. Takeshita is Takeshita, i don't think we need to tell much more about him. Tony better belt him up again soon. These guys are absolutely insane to be in this different level at that young age.
