So a bit late, but this is part of the whole Super Generation Army (Misawa, Kobashi, Kawada and Kikuchi) vs Tsuruta Gun (Jumbo and the elder Statesmen+ Taue) feud. Taue, originally part of Misawas group, defected to Jumbo, and Kawada took it worst, hence this sprint of Violence. Japanese wrestling is much more secretive about behind the Scenes stuff, espacially All Japan. The only well known real life heat among these guys is Misawa and Kawada, which played well into later Storylines as you will see in a few months probably :D
