Terms of Service: Please Read
Added 2023-11-25 22:04:05 +0000 UTCBy purchasing artwork from me, or participating in free raffles or gifts, you are stating you have read and agreed to the following conditions.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
- You agree to use PayPal and US dollars for payment, and shall pay in full before I begin work.
- It is your responsibility to notify me if you want a commission to be completely private.
- It is your responsibility to provide a reference. Commissions without a suitable reference will incur an additional design charge.
- I will charge extra if excessive edits are requested past the sketch phase.
- You will not claim my artwork as your own work, edit the artwork to exclude my signature, or purposefully neglect to credit me when posting my work publicly.
- You will not chargeback on payments. Refunds will be honored depending on the progress of artwork.
- All artwork I create shall not be purposefully used to create generative (AI) pictures of any kind, including but not limited to img2img applications and as part of datasets for AI training. Violation of this condition immediately voids your subscription to this service.
