A Small Encounter

This has "some" elements of something that happened to me, and "some" is doing a LOT of heavy lifting here. Mostly just the part about the work outing and asking the catalyst question. But fun to imagine if it had gone that way in real life :D
This is the second story for June. I will be delaying the link reset until the first July post!
