To pledge or not to pledge
Added 2020-09-12 11:55:02 +0000 UTCI am experiencing a lot of people pledging, and then leaving after anywhere from half an hour to a couple of hours.
The only explaynations I can see is, that it is people pledging, downloading what they need, and then leave before they have to pay, which is kinda sad in my opinion. Or that my content just isn't good enough to bother with.
Right now I am charging on the first of the coming month, so you can go for a any number of days without really supporting. I have the option of charging on the day they pledge and then the first of every month, but I can't decide if that would be a rude approach.
I really want people to want to pledge. And not trap them in any way, but it is a sad development when I have way more people exiting than I have patreons.
