2023-11-25 04:54:57 +0000 UTCYou're Welcome 🤗. I'm glad you guys are enjoying the show. I was actually about to start my Lost reaction until y'all posted right when I was about to record lol. Things are heating up here. Now, we have secret procedures and monitors to look out for, and according to Paul, the monitors aren't told who, what, or why they're monitoring. Who are the monitors? What do they do? Who can be trusted? Who's in charge? Paul did seem shaken up at the end when Sarah confonted him about his relationship with Beth. Is it a play or was it genuine? Sarah actually seemed protective of Beth, especially after reading those letters about Paul. In just 5 episodes, we've seen a bit of growth with Sarah. Her showing genuine appreciation towards Allison in the beginning, the woman she backed out from robbing, then later towards Mrs. S, the woman who took care of her and now taking care of her daughter. I guess being thrown into a whirlwind such as this can either shapen you up or make you go insane lol. I like that we're getting a little further into the others' lives a little as well. We're getting more of an idea of Alison's personality, her homelife, and how it may be trying to intertwine with her secret clone life, one that she'd hoped to keep as seperate as possible. We're seeing Cosima in and digging more into her more snarky, but charming personality, compared to Allison's neurotic, Sarah's grunge, and Helena's insanity. Helena's being tended to. By who? Sarah wants to shoot Paul in the family jewels. Cosima wants to just squeeze them for answers (Stoner Cosima is hilarious). pulled someone, Scott, onto her while seemingly keeping him blind with what's they're researching, and now's she's eyeing a new student, Delphine. Sarah's taken on a lot of the field work and can get assistance from Felix or even Allison, but Cosima's gotta figure all of the science stuff out. She's definitely gonna need help on her end of things, especially being that she's so far from the others, so I like that they showed her trying to acquire it while still trying to keep things a secret. Alison's decided to take matters in her own hands (the craziest part about Alison's "urban" comment is that her children are literally black 🤦🏾♀️ lol). She's got the camera setup and now the question is, what will it capture? One of the little things I enjoy about the show is that despite dying in the first 3 minutes of the series, Beth is still a character within the show. Whether Sarah's impersonating Beth, learning about her through other people, or like in this episode, digging into her thoughts and feelings through (at least in regards to Paul). While we're learning about the other characters based on what we see their words and actions progress on screen, we're learning about Beth through discovering the life she already lived. Will Paul lose his hackey sacks? Will Cosima have another high moment? Will Vic lose another finger? We'll find out. Or will we? I'm having a great time with these reactions and happy to live vicariously through y'all in this first time watch. The commentary is even bettet than I'd hoped.
