Payment Confusion(Term 2), Structure change

A lot of people have already sent me a private message, so this is for the people who may in the future.
As you all may know we have now switched over to a monthly payment cycle. Under the old "per creation" structure I had to initiate payments with a charge post. I would create a charge post at the end of the project that would initiate the payment on the following month. On the other hand now that we are on a monthly cycle the payments will come at the beginning of the term. So basically we've switched from a "pay at the end" system onto a "pay ahead" system.
For many long time patrons you may see your billing history and be confused. Your February 1st payment is for Term 1(Toph), which was under the old payment structure. The March 1st payment is for Term 3(Shantae), which is onto the new monthly payment system. The payments have been shifted forward, so there is a gap for Term 2(Meru) of which I never created a charge post to initiate the payment. The payment for Term 3(Shantae) took the spot of Term 2(Meru). This is why I provided the 55% discount code to purchase on Artstation as a work around during this transition. Hope this clears up any confusion.
Reward Structure Change:
I will now be distributing rewards through locked posts which will expire one month from creation. So new patrons will have access to the previous month as well as the following month. This would alleviate the amount of private messages I have to respond to, it's just easier for me.
I will also still send reward links through private message with an end of the year expiration for those of you who do not check Patreon as frequently as others. Basically the same as always.
I'll be changing the description on the membership page once I complete Term 3(Shantae).
Voting Structure Change:
The voting will be a quarterly basis instead of bi-monthly. So 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be selected. This change will go into effect at the second half of the year starting at Term 7.

I nearly sent you a message as I hadn't seen a payment go out but sure enough it had but I never got notified. All good. All I was worried about was if you were creating more work for yourself. But if as Caraslbana suggested, it is now less work for you, I am even happier.

I'm a bit worried that going to quarterly voting will disincentiveize people from joining the patreon. As it feels like a key perk is being able to vote on the next project, and there may be reluctance to join if they have to wait 3 months to do so. Guess it depends on when this hypothetical person is looking at joining and how recently the latest voting was. But weighed against less admin work for you it's probably a net positive.
