And thatโs the magic of Haikyuu!!, I love the fact that they never villainize the opponent teams. They even tell you their backstories and their struggles bc at the end of the day, karasuno arenโt the only ones practicing and putting in the effort to win. Watching haikyuu youโll find yourself rooting for the other teams many times and thatโs okay! Very realistic as well. โฆโฆ. Regarding Andyโs comment abt how kageyama seemed to be out of character this episode, itโs actually not the case. Weโve been told many times that kageyamaโs one and only true love is volleyball, so itโs pretty accurate that heโs very giddy and happy in the volleyball court. Also, I know it seems like heโs a bit full of himself and thinks heโs the only good player, but thatโs not it at all, he actually admires the players that are better than him on different areas (like he admired nishinoyaโs rolling receive and oikawaโs killer serve). Some comment above said heโs a volleyball nerd, so yeah, practically thatโs it.

This is just the start of you feeling great for our team winning but feeling bad about the teams that donโt make it. โโ Also idk if yโall missed it or not but the guy on the other team and Daichi (our captain) were on the same team in middle school. โโ The cheers are so good it makes you want to root for them lol. Go go letโs go letโs go datekou! But of course, we want Karasuno to win. โโ Itโs important to know Kageyama is just a big nerd obsessed with volleyball so heโs legitimately just having fun with others who are equally passionate in volleyball as he is. โโ Made a mistake in my previous comment: Karasuno actually beat Aoba Johsai in the practice match but their captain/main setter wasnโt playing the whole game. โโ Glad yโall are back!
