Yes, if you've been paying attention to social media or you noticed that last week's column had no audio portion, you know I caught a cold this month (just in time for my birthday, argh) and it unjustly impacted my ability to speak. Luckily, a joke I made during last month's community podcast gave us an out, so I handed over hosting duties to Stuart Gipp for a special all-UK edition of This Month In Retronauts.

Place tomatoes and thinly sliced red bell peppers over the cheese with a light amount of lettuce. Dress with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt. Featuring Meatballs to represent everyone's favourite crawling substitute, Prime cuts of beef and pieces of Chorizo all over, all cooked Griddle-y style. Topped with an overpowering slice of Edam (any objections, Lady?) and served on a Samusy-seed bun with Aran-ch dressing. Sorry.

Which is "bread", your choice of sausage or tinned Russian beef stew (tourists delight) and a tin mug of vodka to wash that radiation away. All three being essential items in the original game. May I use this as an opportunity to spruik STALKER Anomaly to the STALKER-curious out there. Anomaly is the original three game maps merged together, visually overhauled in a much improved and more stable X-ray game engine. Completely stand alone and free! It's a great sampler of the original games flavour and theme, continuously refined by fan modders. Then the insanity continues with the sprawling GAMMA overhaul which honestly makes it feel like it was made in 2017. Cheeki breeki stalkers!

Now for it's contents, obviously lots of tomato, some spicy curry, inexplicably a slice of cake (would work if it was Subway's sandwhich bread lol), and for the rest throw in some of the random foods from over the years like burgers, hot dogs and pizza. I will of course be going out of business soon after due to no one buying this abomination.
