My cholesterol levels are high π©Ίπ±π±π±π± Itβs my first time everβ¦ (It was a bit high already last summer) but damn, this is like my first reality hit since I started gainingβ¦ Iβm not even 30 years old yet, so some gainer friends told me some alternatives to eat more in a βhealthyβ way but keeping the gains since my doctor told me to eat healthier and wants to put me on a diet in order to lose weight and low my cholesterol levelsβ¦ However, my sugar levels are very ok!
