Hey everyone,

Just putting a quick FAQ together to help answer the most common questions. I'll pin this post to the top of the Patreon page, keeping it up to date.

What does each of the tiers give me?

HASHTAG+ gives you access to the premium league tools for all four websites (Hashtag Basketball, Hashtag Baseball, Hashtag Hockey, and Hashtag Football).

HASHTAG+PLAY gives you that, plus a guaranteed invite to our new fantasy leagues, and HASHTAG+PROPS gives you that, plus access to the NBA Player Props toolkit.

How long does it take to get access after subscribing?

Access is automatically granted after you subscribe to Patreon (although it can sometimes take 2-5 minutes for the access to sync).

Your access is tied to your Patreon subscription, so you'll need to use the same email address you used to sign up for Patreon on our websites. If you subscribed to Patreon with an Apple ID generated email, please email me at hello@hashtagfs.com and I'll map your preferred email address to your account.

Do I need to create an account on each website?

Nope! You only need to register to one of them (can be any), and you'll be able to use that same login to log into the other three.

I have a suggestion for a new feature; how do I ask you to add it?

I've found a bug on the website; how do I ask you to fix it?

Send an email to hello@hashtagfs.com with your email, league id, the tool you're using, and some information on the bug, and I'll fix it ASAP.

How do I cancel my Patreon subscription?

Subscriptions to the websites are managed via your Patreon account. Here's how to cancel your Patreon subscription - unfortunately, I can't do it on my end.

Where can I find user guides?

Is the draft tracker available for ESPN leagues?

Unfortunately, not. ESPN manages their draft data outside of the API used for the rest of their data. An alternative is to create a custom league and manually manage the draft picks as they're being made (sorry, I know this isn't a great solution).
