Updated projections and dynasty rankings (for the trades that have happened so far)

I'm about to get some sleep (it's approaching midnight here), but I wanted to quickly post that I've just finished updating my projections and dynasty rankings for the trades that have happened so far.
This will very much change with what's about to happen over the next 7-8 hours, so expect another update to come a few hours after the trade deadline has passed and I've had a chance (and a few coffees) to let everything settle in.
