A note about week 7 of the fantasy basketball season
Added 2023-12-03 21:44:35 +0000 UTCHey all - If you’ve been using the Advanced NBA Schedule Grid on Hashtag Basketball, you may have noticed the notes that week 7 is a little different in terms of scheduling due to the in-season tournament.
The schedules on the website were updated last week, but there’s still a few games to be scheduled based on the outcome of in-season play, so you’ll see teams who are still in the in-season tournament with only 1 game scheduled because we don’t know when their next game is. As soon as we find out, the website will be updated, just remember that all teams play twice this week.
What we know so far:
- Each team plays twice
- In-season tournament games are scheduled on low volume days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), target these teams when streaming (IND, BOS, SAC, NO, PHO, NY, MIL, LAL)
- Teams that didn’t qualify play their two games on Wednesday and Friday
- The losers of the quarter final in-season tournament games (games on Monday and Tuesday) get their 2nd game added to the Friday schedule, this will get added to the website once we know who lost
- The winners of the quarter finals get their 2nd game added to the Thursday schedule, this will get added to the website once we know who won
- The final of the in-season tournament is scheduled for Saturday (winners of the Thursday games), the final on Saturday won’t count for fantasy
- Only games between Monday-Friday will count for fantasy
