Hashtag Basketball projections update (Notebook drop)

There won't be a whole lot of changes this week with each team only playing twice last week (outside of the IST Final). Players have had some extra time to rest up except for LA and Indiana, but don't be surprised to see guys like AD or LeBron have their minutes limited at some point this week (LA has a B2B on TUE-WED against Dallas and San Antonio).

Chicago Bulls: 

Zach LaVine is set to miss another 3+ weeks. I’m adding 2 shot attempts to Coby White and upping Patrick Williams‘ minutes to 29 (he has averaged 33.1 minutes per game in 5 games without LaVine playing).

Dallas Mavericks:

It’s unclear how long Kyrie Irving is going to be injured for, but we can assume that Dante Exum will be streamable until he returns. Have temporarily upped his minutes.

Detroit Pistons:

Jalen Duren is scheduled to miss another 2 weeks. I’ve upped Marvin Bagley III‘s minutes a little, but predicting Detroit’s rotations isn’t an easy feat.

New Orleans Pelicans:

I’m lowering  Zion Williamson‘s minutes down to 31. He just doesn’t look in good enough shape to play anything more. I’m also lowering CJ McCollum‘s minutes a touch as he works his way back from injury.

Philadelphia 76ers:

I’ve lowered the production of Tobias Harris across the board. He’s still playing big minutes (34.5 over the last 30 days), he’s just not producing much when he’s out there.

Portland Trailblazers:

I’ve upped the usage of Anfernee Simons since the ball won’t be in Scoot’s hands as much as initially expected.
