Hey all - it looks like adding player discussions / forum to the website is getting enough votes for me to start working on it, so my next question is, how would you like it to work?

I've whipped up a quick chat box interface to show what I have in mind as a starting point. It has the ability to tag mention NBA players by typing @ and starting to type a player's name (it'll bring up an auto complete list to select). There's also the ability to tag topics by typing # and starting to type a topic.

My initial thoughts are that player discussions are tied to player profiles, with all of those player discussions also appearing in traditional forum-like threads.

There would also be an option to create polls and tag them based on specific options like dynasty, category, points etc. with stats automatically displaying for the players included in the poll.
