Besides Kim Possible, Harry Potter is one of my favorite franchises. And of all side characters Fleur Delacour is has a very classy crown on her golden head. π₯°

For the observant Harry Potter fans among you, my dear patrons, youβll see this is most likely the Yule Ball in the fourth book - and there Harry was only 14 and Fleur 17. π

Considering that Magical Europe, or at least Britain, is stuck in the Victorian Era three years apart really isnβt going to raise any eyebrows. Plus Iβll admit Iβm a sucker for this pairing in fan works and this turned out beautifully.
