Full Reaction Question

When I pause the video during the full reactions, do you prefer when I leave up the reference footage and I'm still in the corner giving my points or when I hide it and center myself when I'm going on a tangent unless I'm referencing something in the shot of course?

Personally, I like centering at least during lengthy points and it helps transform it more for legal reasons though there are arguments for both. The other is definitely less work though haha I was just curious cause I know I've done it both ways randomly based on how I was feeling in the moment! haha

Comments

I'm mostly in the "whichever makes sense in context" camp. If it's a quick aside, leave it up. If it's a longer anecdote, center yourself. Or just do whatever feels right and/or is less work for you. I didn't actually cast a vote in the poll because I'm fine with either option.

Pooga

I might have to turn the subs on they can just get a little annoying when editing from platform to platform! haha

i personally prefer to keep the same format for raw reactions and have hose jump cuts to the edited reactions for youtube. but it's not a deal breaker. ------ The only thing that i WILL ask though, omni, as someone who's been following for ages. I stuggle a bit of hearing, and while it's a "me" problem, i wanna say that the footage for the Agents of Shield for example has a bit of a "low audio" vs "omni loud" audio issue. :D Not that i dont like it when you whisper sweet nothings in our ears LOL but it's a definite "diff" in the decibels of the audio of the footage vs yours, so it's hard to find a sweet spot in my audio balance where i can hear the reference footage enough while also not bleeding in my ears from the coverage audio :D If subtitles were turned ON , then maybe it woudl also help find a balance where i can lower the overall audio and just trust my eyes vs just ears for the show. But that's a me problem, i just though i'd share in case you had control over that and flexibility with copyright there to maybe raise the audio of the reference footage a bit. Finally, one last thing that i DID notice and it IS a bit hard for me: unlike new shows that i binged many times recently and have the dialogue memorized by hard.... some of those older shows like agents of shield and carter, i havent seen in ages. So when you're talking over a piece of conversation (especially with mumbling people like melinda may and fitzsimmons side chat, or english accents , etc, it's hard to listen and track both you and the footage unless i rewatched the episdoe just before which i dont always have the luxury of time for these days :( So can we either get pauses or rewinds or maybe just stick the original "subtitles" in the footage reference for the show that way i can hear you out but can use subitltes to fill those gaps for my hard of hearing ? <3 it doesn't have to be [CC] audio, so you're not spoiled by anything, just regular orignal english :D ps: these are just recommendations, you dont have to do ANY of this, it's your channel mate and i'm happy to be part of the omniverse. But those are things that i have to "adjust" for when wathcing omni reactions vs any other channel :D <3
