This is the first in a series of 3 videos about building and using my new thin film deposition system. Technically this is a follow up to a few videos I did 2 years ago where I made the same thing out of dollar store jars. This time everything was caded out, machined, and assembled into a system that preforms super well and looks absolutely amazing. And I've already used it to make some awesome stuff, and will use it to make even more in future videos.

My Brain: Awesome Video…. Do I have room in my garage to build my own…. Sure just need to remove the Christmas decorations …. But the wife will kill me …. Not if you make her coated Christmas ornaments…. But how do I turn a sphere in a vacuum chamber…. Will alloys works … could this be used to prototype solar cells … RASPBERRIES can you sputter organics … I guess it depends on the heat …. Cold plasma deposition is this possible….. DAMN so much fun!
