Preview of What's in an OP? - Rick and Morty
Added 2017-09-09 02:00:08 +0000 UTCso for the last, like, year I've been trying to put together an analysis video for rick and morty with a different approach from my usual style, and my editor Ezekieru just got back to me with the first pass of the intro/outro. It still needs tweaking, but I've never done anything like this before and your feedback would be really helpful in making it the best shitty parody it can be.

2017-09-14 19:36:23 +0000 UTCI think the jokes being made are real good but also that they could be trimmed down to be less wordy and not poke at the same joke/bit more than once or twice. The voices are great and so is the lip editing! I just kinda wanna take your script and run a red pen through it. But line delivery is really solid!

2017-09-14 19:26:11 +0000 UTCI was expecting to get impatient since I feel like those kinds of gags go on for too long normally, but the writing was pretty strong and I didn't get bored with it. Might have just been that I knew an analysis wasn't waiting for me after the intro though.

Its almost three minutes, then an extra minute for the Fakku bit before we get into the actual video. Not a major complaint, I just think a viewer might get impatient waiting for the analysis part. I do like the abridgement though and the dig at people who try to do Rick impressions through burps alone. That's my two cents anyway.
